Jeff Cooper

Owner & founder, Jeff Cooper started the company in 2008. With over three decades of industry experience in Colorado and possessing 13 qualified supervisor licenses, his extensive knowledge and expertise contribute significantly to the coordination of daily operations.

Operations Manager

Lori Cooper

Lori is the manager of the office and excels in customer service, whether it be a question or a conflict with your schedule she is always ready to help!

Pest Control Manager

Ben Cooper

Ben is a certified operator with the Colorado Department of Agriculture in outdoor vertebrate control and residential/commercial pest control.

Lawn Care, Plant Health Care, and Tree Care Manager

Marc Cooper

Marc is a Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) qualified supervisor in outdoor vertebrate control, residential/commercial pest control, turf pest control, and ornamental pest control. Marc is also a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture. Marc is the supervisor of the lawn care and plant health care departments, and a lead arborist.

To be considered for the lawn technician position, you must:

  • Have some experience in lawn care or working outdoors.
  • Understand the importance of keeping our customers happy.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be able to legally work.
  • Be prepared to work long days — Monday through Friday.
  • Be someone who wants and needs money.
  • Have a working cell phone to bring with you every day.
