Pest Control Technician
We are looking for a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating pest infestations in residential and commercial properties, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective pest management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations.
- Identify pest species and evaluate the extent of the problem.
- Develop and implement effective pest control plans tailored to customer needs.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products according to safety standards and regulations.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and maintenance tips.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including treatments and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide application.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in pest control and wildlife control.
- Colorado Department of Agriculture licenses are preferred.
- Strong understanding of pest species and treatment methods.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication with team and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including homes, businesses, and outdoor settings.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be comfortable with working from ladders and heights, crawlspaces and attics.
Certified Arborist
Join our team of tree care professionals. We are looking for an arborist capable of performing high-level assessments and executing complex removals and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform tree assessments, evaluations, and health inspections.
- Use bucket truck/ tree climbing to complete pruning and removal of trees and stump grinding.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management.
- Plant trees.
- Maintain equipment as needed (greasing, checking oil, sharpening chains).
Qualifications
- Certified Arborist (ISA or equivalent certification) preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and care techniques.
- Experience with tree climbing and aerial lift operations.
- Strong ability to assess tree health and diagnose issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driverβs License with a clean driving record. CDL class B with air brakes is a plus!
