Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations.
• Identify pest species and evaluate the extent of the problem.
• Develop and implement effective pest control plans tailored to customer needs.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control products according to safety standards and regulations.
• Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and maintenance tips.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including treatments and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide application.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in pest control and wildlife control.
• Colorado Department of Agriculture licenses are preferred.
• Strong understanding of pest species and treatment methods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication with team and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work in a variety of environments, including homes, businesses, and outdoor settings.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable with working from ladders and heights, crawlspaces and attics.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform tree assessments, evaluations, and health inspections.
• Use bucket truck/ tree climbing to complete pruning and removal of trees and stump grinding.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management.
• Plant trees.
• Maintain equipment as needed (greasing, checking oil, sharpening chains).

Qualifications

• Certified Arborist (ISA or equivalent certification) preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and care techniques.
• Experience with tree climbing and aerial lift operations.
• Strong ability to assess tree health and diagnose issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. CDL class B with air brakes is a plus!
